What’s better than a bowl of pasta with a glass of wine?

Join this very interactive experience at Ombra restaurant with Chef Mitshel Ibrahim and enjoy our first Pasta + Wine Workshop. 

During the evening you will learn the basics of short, long and filled pasta: Tagliatelle, Farfalle or Ravioli and Tortelli. Mitshel will show how to make fresh pasta from scratch going through the mixing, prepping and kneading of the dough. A can’t-miss experience for all carb-lovers! 

Whilst he will be sharing with you insider Chef tips and new skills to add to your repertoire, Silvia will present 2 different wines giving both information on how to taste a wine and sharing curiosities about the winemaker and the story behind each label. 

At the end of the demo, it’s time to eat! You will enjoy the pasta you have made cooked by the Chefs in the kitchen in 2 different dressings. Complementary, you will be offered 2 wines to pair with the dishes followed by a little introduction on the food and wine paring. 

Ticket includes:

- sparkling wine on arrival

- 1 hour cooking lesson and demo on how to make fresh pasta

- two course dinner of the pasta you have made

- wine workshop of 4 wines in total with in-depth information about tasting notes, winemaker and story behind each label

- 2 of the wines will be paired with the two course pasta dinner

- hands in experience where you will leave with a new skill gained and more knowledge on how to taste a wine


The wines tasted will be all available to drink in or take away at 10% discount for the evening.
